About Performax Health Group

Performax Health group was originally conceived by Dean Kotopski, a 20 year veteran of physical therapy with certifications in physiotherapy, massage therapy and acupuncture.

Early in his career, he identified a critical weakness in the way physical rehabilitation was being offered: patients were seeing multiple therapists in a variety of locations and were complaining of the time this took and the frustration of lack of communication between therapists.

Dean’s vision was to bring an interdisciplinary practice under one roof in order to be able to offer his patients a cohesive, time saving and much more effective manner of treatment. After achieving several success stories with Massage Therapist Robert Libbey and Naturopathic Physician Dr. Victor Chan, the three joined forces in April 2008. And so Performax Health Group was born.
