Performax Health Group was established, by Dean Kotopski, a 20 year veteran of physical rehabilitation, with certification in physiotherapy, massage therapy and acupuncture.

Dean is one of a select few practitioners in Canada, as well as the only person in the Province of British Columbia to hold all three disciplines. His unique skill set has been employed by such diverse, demanding and result based organizations as Skate Canada, Cirque de Soleil, The Winnipeg Jets, The NLL Vancouver Ravens Lacrosse Team, The Mann Cup Champion Coquitlam Adanacs as well as numerous other professional athletes.
